Randi Zaritsky LL.L., LL.B.

Criminal Lawyer – Montreal & Laval

As a forerunner to a career in law I completed an undergraduate degree at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, graduating with a Bachelor degree (B.A. Hons. 1996) in Political Science.

Subsequently, I entered the National Program at the University of Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario where I was conferred law degrees in each of the Canadian legal streams – Quebec Civil Law (LL.L. 2000) and Canadian Common Law (LL.B. 2001).

As a lawyer in private practice since 2003, I have a decade of legal and professional experience litigating a broad range of cases before various administrative, civil, and criminal courts on behalf of individual and corporate clients.

My enduring philosophy is to provide each client, regardless of the relative importance of the issue at stake, a service that is second to none in quality, professionalism and ethical standard.

The range of legal and professional services I provide is guided by the idea that the boundaries of the law are limited only by one’s imagination.

Consequently, I view the multidisciplinary approach to my practice as essential in protecting my client’s rights.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of some of the legal and professional services I provide:

  • ACCOUNT COLLECTIONS
  • APPEALS
  • CIVIL LIABILITY
  • CRIMINAL LAW
  • GENERAL OBLIGATIONS & CONTRACTS
  • PARDON/REHABILITATION
  • U.S. ENTRY WAIVERS
